Description of the meal: Grilled Mexican Chorizo is a flavorful sausage made from pork and seasoned with a blend of spices. It's perfect for grilling and can be served in tacos, burritos, or on its own with a side of beans and rice.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh Mexican chorizo sausage links
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- Corn tortillas, for serving
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
- Mean Green, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the chorizo sausages with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the chorizo sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and browned.
- In a separate skillet, sauté the onion and bell peppers until tender and slightly charred.
- Serve the grilled chorizo sausages with sautéed onions and peppers, corn tortillas, lime wedges, Mean Green and fresh cilantro.

- Feel free to use any of our sauces in this recipe. We just found that Mean Green complimented it best!
