Egg Rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1/2 lb ground pork or chicken
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 Tablespoons, Dragon's Breath
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Sweet and sour sauce for dipping
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned.
- Add the cabbage, carrots, green onions, and Dragon's Breath. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the mixture is well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you.
- Spoon a couple of tablespoons of the filling onto the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the corner closest to you over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly away from you.
- Moisten the edges with water to seal the egg roll.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
