- 2 tablespoons Dragon's Breath
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 cup kimchi, for serving
- Cooked white rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine gochujang, gochugaru, Dragon's Breath, sesame oil, rice wine, garlic, ginger, and sugar to make the marinade.
- Add the thinly sliced pork to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork slices, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced onion and chilies to the pan, cooking until tender.
