Perfect with Tango Mango - Sweet heat is always a winner. This simple weekday recipe brings back fond memories of childhood simplicity.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- ½ cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon 13 Stars Hot Sauce Tango Mango
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 5 hamburger buns, toasted
Toppings (optional) - 5 slices of Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Slice of Cheese, personal preference
Instructions
- Over medium/high heat; Brown ground chuck and chopped onion in a large nonstick skillet. Stir until meat crumbles; drain excess fat
- Stir in ketchup, sweet pickle relish, 13 Stars Tango Mango, light brown sugar, mustard, salt, pepper
- Bring meat mixture to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Spoon meat mixture over bottom halves of the toasted buns; top with more Tango Mango if desired. Top with remaining halves
