Description of the meal: Spicy Grilled Fish is a delicious and healthy dish that features fish fillets marinated in a blend of spices and herbs, then grilled to perfection. This dish is packed with flavor and is perfect for a summer barbecue.

Ingredients:

  • 4 fish fillets (such as tilapia, snapper, or salmon)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Tango Mango, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each fillet is well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the fish fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro, Tango Mango, and lemon wedges.

Nutritional Information:

  • You can also mix some Tango Mango into the marinade to increase the heat level!
