Kofte Kebabs

Description of the meal: Kofte Kebabs are Middle Eastern-style grilled meat skewers, typically made from ground lamb or beef mixed with spices and herbs. These kebabs are juicy and flavorful, often served with pita bread, salad, and yogurt sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground lamb or beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Pita bread, for serving
  • Yogurt sauce, for serving
  • Fresh salad, for serving
  • Nuclear Option, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape each portion around a skewer to form long, thin kebabs.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Brush the kebabs with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and browned.
  7. Serve the Kofte Kebabs hot with pita bread, yogurt sauce, Nuclear Option and a fresh salad.

Notes:
